A. Four sets of:
Deadlift x 5 reps @ 70% of 1-RM Deadlift
(open your hands and reset at the bottom of every rep)
Rest as needed

B. Every 6 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets) for times of:
30/20 Calories of Assault Bike
20 Dual Kettlebell Snatches (24/16kg each hand)
(Post times for all three sets – e.g., 2:26/2:34/2:47)

C. (Optional) Four sets of:
Run 1200 Meters @85-90%
Rest 4 minutes
