**Deloading this week — have some fun

Optional AM/PM Session
40 Minute Assault Bike @conversational pace

Main Session
“The Chief”
Against a three-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
3 Power Cleans (135/95 lb.)
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats

Repeat for a total of five sets, resting 60 seconds between sets. Pick up each set where you left off when the last ended



  1. The Chief:
    27+3+2 total rounds
    Round 1: 5+8
    Round 2: 5+10
    Round 3: 5+9
    Round 4: 5+9
    Round 5: 5+5
    I think this is how the rounds split out, anyway. I had fun jumping in with the 6AM class 🙂

    Got on the bike for (a very slow-paced) 20 minutes before I had to leave for work.
