D. OH Yoke Walk x 50ft x 3

Assistance Work
Single Arm Trap-3 Raise x 8/side x 2
Hammer Curls x 20 x 2
Skull Crushers x 20 x 2

Conditioning (can be done as a separate session)
Run 90 seconds @3k Pace
Rest 30 seconds
x 10 rounds

    Ass work:
    Trap 3- 5#
    Hammer curls 30# DB a hand
    Skull crushers: 26# KB per hand

    Running:
    Felt good. Was supposed to be 4:36/1k pace. Held around 4:26 for majority of it, or slightly faster.
