B. Single Arm DB Bench Press x 8 each arm x 3 @31X1
C. 400 meter Farmer’s Walk @70/53# each hand

    Hit the run piece with my sister which was fun.

    Held :24/100m or less the entire time
    Was nice and sweaty!
