A2. Weighted Dip Suport Hold x 20 seconds x 4 sets
B1. Weighted PVC Hollow Hold x 10 seconds x 5
B2. Weighted PVC Arch Hold x 10 seconds x 5
C. OH Yoke Carry x 100ft x 4
D. Heavy Farmers Carry x 100ft x 4
E. Lateral Sled Drag x 100ft each side x 3

    Cardio….
    Was going to run up and down the street. Decided to go to beavertail and do a 35 min trail run. Super easy pace πŸ˜‰

    * Just a tip: use a sandbag on the sled instead of plates. Much less set up.

  3. A1. they were closer to a regular pullup….3 each set
    A2. Oh this was hard. With 15 lbs in weight vest
    B1. & B2. done with 5#
    C. Did 50m at a time dodging the class
    D. done with 75# KBs
    E. While I appreciated the sandbag suggestion (100lb), I had to go slow so it would not fall off.

    Had to skip the run because i did not have flippers with me (pouring deluge on Thurs night).
