    Conditioning:

    5+15+5
    *went in with no plan. Fast singles were just as quick as 5/5 UB

    375 Front squat
    *10 lb off max

    B. 125,145,170,195
    C. 4rds+15+2
    Then 295 (5# off my pr) almost hit 305 for a Pr.
    Was a good workout! I think I paced as well as I could have, due to the MU not feeling very good.

    A. 63/73/84/95 – felt ok, back was bothering me a bit today
    B. 95/113/128 – last sets felt heavy. Stayed very focus on form.

    Conditioning:
    Did sub for 10CTB/10dips
    2 rds + row, c&j and 5 CtB and 5 dips

    Front squat: worked up to 173. Back was really bothering me so I didn’t try any more.
