    C. 2 at 225. Finished the 185 at 8:14.
    Went 7-2-1
    6 singles and 4 singles on 155
    3 or 2 a round on 185.
    Skipped one round loading 225 and needed rest.
    Hit a single and then a single on 225.
    Then cleaned it and just missed the jerk.
    Then cleaned it and just missed the jerk. Then time was up. 225 is 92% of my newly set 1rm clean and jerk haha.
    BMU all UB. Those felt good, and new lifters were great in this workout. 135-185 all PC and jerk. 225 SC+J

    C. Scaled to 1 BMU on the minute

    Finished the first 10C&Js in a minute, missed the first minute’s muscle up in three attempts. Stopped, rested until 2 mins, got the minute 2 muscle up, got the bar loaded and did 4 C&Js, missed the minute 3 muscle up in two attempts, waited until minute 4, got the minute 4 muscle up, finished the rest of the 103# C&Js, missed the minute 5 muscle up in two attempts, got the muscle up at minute 6, got 3 C&Js at 118, missed the muscle up at minute 7, missed again at 8, got it at minute 9, got three more C&Js, then the rest of the time was BMU attempts.

    I was frustrated at the end because I failed a LOT of attempts today, but hey I got 5 BMUs so i guess it wasn’t that bad.

    ALSO. SUSAN CRUSHED the BMUs today. She was lookin all sorts of gymnasty.

  3. A. 63/73/83/95. Felt better than Friday, but not as good as they could have.
    B. Worked up to 155, which I definitely felt in my leg. Then did the 8 at 133, which is close to my 65%

    Conditioning
    Finished at 13:25. Scaled to 1 BMU because I have been so inconsistent with them. And then of course they felt great. C&J were ok, last set of 10 was challenging on my leg.
