    D. Only had time for 3 rounds, then adam shut us down. Went UB on some lunges, others I stopped once. 7/7/4-3 for MU.

    *Needed to keep reminding myself to push my butt down and drive with legs
    B) 255, 265, 285×1,miss,1
    *Lol these were very hard today
    C) 255, 285, 325, 345, 255
    *Squats felt great. Wearing my OG adidas lifters really allowed me to keep butt under and not let it shoot out back.

    Those dumbells were challenging.
    Muscle ups went, 7/3, 5/5, 5/5
    Since we only did 3 rounds I did an unbroken set of 10 afterwards.

  3. Barbell
    A. 93/103/105/108/110 – These weren’t terrible, but they’ve certainly felt better. I was pretty pleased to get to 90% without my leg being too much of an issue.
    B. 123/128/135/143/145 – Above 135 I did a power clean. I was not feeling super stable with my leg and wanted to get the jerk in. Jerks didn’t feel super strong. I was a little disappointed my cleans didn’t feel better today, but overall i wasn’t feeling my strongest.
    C. Worked up to 153 until my hamstring was protesting, then did the 10 at 143. that was 60% for me.

    This felt so awful, I can’t even describe how tired I felt.
    3:22/4:00/4:15 – I was running late and cut the last round (and also feeling like death)
