    C. Assistance done at 150#. 9 cals per bike ride.

  2. Making a new attempt to be better at posting.

    Was on a cruise boat with limited equipment.

    Barbell
    Did a clean and jerk ladder with dumbbells from 20 to 45. Nothing even remotely close to a barbell to do snatches.

    Assistance
    subbed in a 100# farmers carry for the sandbag and used a rowing machine.

    Conditioning:
    Ran on a track that was oddly sized. Average 1:05 per round.
