    B: 83, 96, 98, 103, 98, 96 – these felt off today
    C: 113, 123, 133 – my legs were shottttt today so these felt so much harder than they should have been.
    D: had to lower the percentages for the squats because my legs were dying, 133, 143, 153

    Metcon:
    A: Only got to 40
    B: had to modify to strict pull ups, only did 5 because my hands were hurting so bad i couldn’t hold on to the bar haha. 3 rounds
    C: 3 sets, and two failed sets, one failed at 22, one at 34
    D: 52 Calories

    Not the best day but felt good to move anyway.
