A. Teams of two, complete:

UB Ring Muscle Ups

(P1 does 7, P2 does 7, P1 does 6, P2 does 6, etc. Efficiency focus here)

B. Teams of two, complete two rounds of:
40 Kipping HSPUs
40 Pistols

(Break up reps however you want, but focus on quality here, not speed)

C. Teams of two, alternating whole rounds, complete three rounds each of:
6 Power Cleans @ 80% of 1-RM
15/12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

D. Teams of two, alternating whole rounds, complete four rounds each of:
12 Deadlifts @same weight as Part C
12 Bar-Facing Burpees

E. Teams of two, complete

Assault Bike Cals
KB Snatches

(Split up cals/reps however you want between partners; If it’s 2 ladies, cals are 45.36.27.18.9)
