Every 3 minutes, for 36 minutes (3 sets of each):
Station 1 – 500 Meter Row @85-90%
Station 2 – 20 Toes to Bar + 20 Wall Balls
Station 3 – 400 Meter Run @85-90%
Station 4 – 3 Turkish Get ups each arm
