  1. A. 220
    B. 285. Failed jerk at 290. F-word!
    C. 14:44*** – ripped at 46 on the pull ups. Nice bloody one in the center of my hand. Tried to keep going on them, but it wasn’t worth getting any bigger. Finished the rest of thrusters row and WB.

  3. Just did conditioning today. 19:43 Wrist was feeling okay today. Even though I was a little slow it just felt good to be back moving around this week.
Pull-ups were good, did 15,15,15,10,10,5,5. Thrusters were fine too: 25,25,15,10. Limped through the row, it took about 5:30 – I just couldn’t get a good pull the whole time. The wall balls killed me.

Went into today with a crap mood, just a generally bad day mentally. Once I started snatching I started to feel better. And just in general the FRCF community is so amazing you can’t help but smile. Thanks Matt for that tip on the jerk!

    C. 143/153/163/173. Not great, not awful.
    Conditioning
Well, that was certainly challenging. 25:22? I think it took me 8+ minutes to the pull ups. After that it was just to keep moving.
