Barbell
A. Snatch – 1 rep OTM x 15 minutes
Min 1-5: 70-75%
Min 6-10: 75-80%
Min 11-15: 80-85%
B. Push Press – Heavy Single (12 mins)
C. Front Squat – Heavy Single (12 mins)

Gymnastics
A. Kipping Muscle-UP x 5-7 reps w/ 1-second hold in lockout x 3 sets (turn out thumbs on lockout)
B. Defecit HSPU Negative @ 6 second lowering + Kipping HSPU out of defecit; 2 reps EMOM x 8
C. OTM x 16 (4 sets)
Minute 1: Strict Pull-ups x 10 reps
Minute 2: GHD Sit-Ups x 15 reps
Minute 3: 10 Second Assault Bike Sprint
Minute 4: Rest

    – happy with these numbers. Feeling consistent with snatches for the most part. The push press surprised me, just a good day. The front squat is encouraging. Have been working off 325, but will now bump it up. Happy to be headed north on that number.
    GYM: MUx7/HSPU- started at 8″ but had to finish at 4″. These were definitely harder than I anticipated.
    Conditioning: 12/13/12/13 cals. – breathing pretty heavy at the end of that. Sneaky tough with those sprints!

    Today was good, was super motivated to train but body was a bit off feeling. You win some you lose some. I’m just glad to feel motivated.
