  1. A. 175, 140, 150, 160 … 185 felt super heavy or I’m just being a little pansy
    B.230, 185,195, 207… Got 235 but couldn’t stand up. Crushed my throat with 225 was was scared to catch a clean the rest of the night. That shit hurt!
    C. 220, called it. My throat was bothering

    11:45 at 185 was just a bit nervous cleaning heavy after my little accident.

    – happy with these numbers. It’s been a while since I’ve hit each of those.
    C. 230-280
    D. 9:44 RX – this was exhausting. Was pretty tired heading into this. BB felt heavy. Squat cleans and PC as singles. FS UB. Pull ups 15/5 (hand wrap broke)/10. C2B 13/7. BMU UB.

    D. 18:20. Did the pull-ups, C2B, and mu’s on an axel size pull-up bar.
