  1. Done on Saturday, sorry to post late. Sets done at 1:28-1:32. 10 intervals with relatively short rest definitely got challenging. Did this on the track which was much better than N Main Street, but doing it at midday probably wasn’t the best of ideas. Got a sweet burn though. Excited to start this week!

  2. I took Alanna Sat am class, which was fun and involved some running. I needed to switch it up and workout with people 🙂
