Barbell
A. Snatch – (75%x3, 80%x2, 85%x1) x 3
B. Clean & Jerk – (75% x (3+1), 80% x (2+1), 85% x (1+1)) x 3
C. Front Squat – 80%x2x3

Conditioning
EMOM x 20
1 = 8 Ring Rows (feel elevated; pin chest to rings for 1 second on each rep)
2 = 10 GHD sit ups
3 = 30 Sec. Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
4 = Rest

Accessory
Sorenson Hold; 1 minute x 2 sets
DB External Rotations x 10/side x 2

  1. Late to post…but it appears no one else has yet either… I had fun working out with Alanna.

    A. 90, 96, 102. These weren’t bad.
    B. 120, 128, 134. These were better by the end.
    C. 163. These felt the hardest.

    EMOM & Accessory – done, nice and easy to get through.
