**Deload Week – please refrain from doing extra work this week (other than Z1 cyclical work)

“A. Three sets of:
3 Snatch Push Presses + 2 Overhead Squats
Rest as needed

B. Three sets of:
2 Snatch Push Presses + 1 Overhead Squat
Rest as needed

C. Three sets of:
Back Squat x 6-8 reps @65% of 1-RM
Rest as needed

D. Sorenson Hold; accumulate 3 minutes (unweighted)”
