For (total) time:

Run 800 Meters

Rest 2 minutes

100 Double Unders
10 Squat Cleans @205/135

Rest 1 minute

10 Wall Climbs
10 Box Jumps (36/30″)
10 Rope Climbs

Rest 2 minutes

Run 800 Meters

*Please do not complete the Wall Climbs on the freshly painted wall between the plate stacks and the side door. Other than that, go nuts!

  1. Casual 10# clean PR during warm up in Mettys, and no belt. Hit 173# yay lol.

    Modified the shit out of this because I’m a sicky:

    20 cal on Assault bike, cleans RX
    +
    30 hand release push-ups, 20 box step ups to 20#, 10 rope climbs
    +
    800 m row

    Total time: 23:38

    Still pretty sick and didn’t sleep last night due to coughing fits (sorry James) but it felt good to move. Hope I’m not setting myself back, but I just couldn’t rest anymore!

    Didn’t want to run in the rain so I AB’d 50 cals. LMAO.

    Everything felt good except the wall climbs and rope climbs.

    I would have rather did 20 cleans than those 10 wall climbs. Brutal.

  3. 22:37. Only tripped once on the double unders. new PR – 64 unbroken! These finally felt good again after stumbling so much in the last few weeks.

  4. Around 25-30 min. Forgot to note exact time when I got in. Before starting with the comp group I had probably done 10 rope climbs total in my lifetime, so being able to do them today, however slow was a big win for me.
