A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold x 40-60 seconds
Alternating Pistols x 12-16 reps
Reverse Snow Angels x 15-20 reps

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
Back Squat x 2 reps @75-90%

C. In teams of two, with only one partner working at any time, complete:
150 Wall Balls
1600 Meter Relay Run with Med Ball
100 Burpees

*Partition reps however you’d like; the work does not have to be completed in the order written

    B. 185-275 ( didn’t work off the percentages still a bit weak from my cold/flu/who the knows what I had
    C. 16:36 with Emma.

    20-30 holds each round
    12,16,16 pistols
    15,15,15 rev snow angels

    B. 165-200

    C. 22:18 w/Alex at 10 am class. We struggled with basic math and ended up doing more wall balls than needed
