A. Every 4 minutes x 6-8 sets:
Row 250 meters
15 Russian KB Swings 
40 Double Unders

B. Three sets, not for time, of:
Barbell Good Mornings x 6-8 reps @ 3011
Hollow Hold x 40-60 seconds
Reverse Snow Angels x 12-15 reps



  1. A. 1:47, 1:45, 1:45, 1:46, 1:49, 1:50

    B. 95lb/complete

    Part A was definitely push-ups the first time I read it. Which is what I did. I probably would have done 8 rounds if I had seen RKBS.



  2. Same as James. Wasn’t really noting my time, was going for more of an active recovery sesh. Usually finished with about 1:30 left, so I guess 2:30/round. Felt good to move, will definitely assist in me feeling less crippled tomorrow.
