  1. A) 255- Hope going into this was to hit this weight so glad I did. Technically a 10# PR but haven’t tested the clean without the jerk in quite awhile (best c&j is 245). Missed 265 twice. First time pulled it but gave up even getting under it. 2nd time for under it but it buried me in the bottom.
    B) first set: 2:47 (cleans: UB, UB, 4+3+1+1- not sure what happened on that set of 9….oh the string)
    2nd set: 3:12 (UB, 7+5, 5+4)
    Overall, felt OK with times but not sure I really know how to redline. Clean breakdown is a good example.

  2. A) 295- I was really trying to ignore where I was and the weight on the bar with hope of clearing the ladder… (current PB is 300). First attempt at 305 was pretty pathetic, I waited :30 and was able to get under the bar on the 2nd attempt but, positioning was not strong enough to actually receive the bar. Amazing what 10lbs does.
    B) First set: 3:55 (cleans 13-2, 8-4, 9 wrist was acting up so I dropped. Burpees can go to hell)
    Second set: 4:04 (Cleans 15, 7-5, 9 nothing to blame here, no good excuse to drop the 12, and… burpees can still go to hell).
    C) Done. Grip was non existent and made for a sweet 2:20 conversational pace.

  3. A) 295 pumped about this +10 PR. felt good today. Overal real strong. tried 305 twice. First time was sloppy and the second I caugh in the whole and just lost it forward. Next time

  4. A. 163. Tied with my PR.
    B. 3:42, 3:40. First round UB, broke once during the second set of 12. Pushed the burpees a little harder on the second set.
    Done. 2k wounds were a little too fresh for this.

  5. A. 245 (couldn’t get out of the hole with 255)
    B. 3:42/4:18
    Went UB with the sets of 15 and 9. Had to break up the sets of 12. Burpees were killing me on this one.

  6. A. 215 – hit pr from last week but it felt a lot easier this time. Failed at 225, but I feel I’ll get it soon.
    B. 3:23/4:19 – First set went UB for the 15 and 12, and then 4+5. Second set I could not do more than 3 at a time, felt shitty. Was able to make up some time on the burpees in both sets.

  7. A. 153. Couldn’t get under 158 fast enough but was getting it up there.
    B. 3:11/3:21
    Went unbroken on everything, was definitely a burn! Felt like maybe could have gone faster on the burpees.
