  1. Transitioned to Boca Raton, Florida for 80 degrees and 85% humidity for day 2.
    A. 100# (90%). Snatches were feeling really good until 105, which seemed much more than 5 lbs heavier.
    B. Worked up to 105 (95%). Was hoping for 115, but it didn’t happen.
    C. 4:57 at 80#. Yikes.

  2. A) 155, 165, 175, 185(m), 185, 190(m), 190(m). Tom said to give 190 another shot so at the 12:00 mark, I made 190. (5# off 1 RM)
    B) 145, 155, 165, 170(m) – matched PR
    C) 4:41 @ 147. Was through 7 at the 1:00 mark (shows how hard I fell). Two misses (#11 and #20). Missed #20 at the 4:17 mark. :24 to finish the last rep…….
    D) 5:01 total time (1:44.2, 1:47.1). Around 22-24 s/m. Me and my mini self do not care for the rower.

  3. Attention ladies and men who use the 33# bar. Be sure you are posting your weights and % accurately. The bar only “weighs” 35# for the open and during competition for ease of calculation.

  4. A) 235# (98%) failed 245. I was happy to hit 235 again with all the snatching I did last week, including 1RM test on Saturday (also hit 235).
    B) 195 (PB tie) Failed 200 (made it to mid forehead and just can’t keep the bar moving.
    C) 5:24 @180# (was thru 10 at 2:21, missed #14, last 3 we’re a grind)
    D) 4:49 (1:38.5, :90rest, 1:40.2) remember thinking that :90 felt like :20 and that 200M in on the 2nd row my legs were toast.
